Step-by-Step: Watermark a PDF

Step 1: Open the Watermark Tool

Step 2: Upload Your PDF

Drag and drop the PDF file you want to watermark.

Step 3: Customize Your Watermark

  • Text — Enter your watermark text (up to 100 characters)

  • Opacity — Make it subtle (10-20%) or prominent (50-100%)
